At Short Porch Baseball Company, we work hard to get your gear shipped as quickly as possible.

In-stock orders placed by 2:00 PM ET on business days are eligible for same-day shipment.

Orders placed after 2:00 PM ET, on weekends, or on shipping holidays will generally ship the next business day. Orders requiring additional processing or verification may take longer.

Express & Next Day Air Shipping

IMPORTANT: EXPRESS & NEXT DAY AIR SHIPPING OPERATE ON BUSINESS DAYS ONLY!

  • Express and Next Day Air orders must be placed by 2:00 PM ET on a business day to qualify for same-day shipment.

  • Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding shipping holidays.

  • Orders placed after the cutoff will generally ship the next business day.

  • Next Day Air generally refers to the next eligible carrier delivery business day after shipment.

  • Weekend and holiday delivery should not be assumed unless specifically offered by the carrier.

Next Day Air does not guarantee delivery the day after your order is placed.

Shipping Carriers & Delivery Times

Short Porch Baseball Company ships through UPS, FedEx, and USPS.

Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, transit times and delivery schedules are outside our direct control.

We do not guarantee carrier delivery dates or arrival times, including expedited shipments.

Weather conditions, carrier disruptions, holidays, and other circumstances may affect delivery.

Shipping Protection

WE STRONGLY RECOMMEND PURCHASING SHIPPING PROTECTION AT CHECKOUT.

Shipping Protection may provide additional coverage for eligible lost, stolen, or damaged shipments, subject to applicable coverage terms.

Lost, Stolen & Damaged Packages

If your shipment is lost, stolen, or damaged, please contact Short Porch Baseball Company directly.

Our customer service team will review your order and verify whether Shipping Protection was purchased.

With Shipping Protection: Once a claim is approved, we will work with you to provide a replacement or refund based on your preference, subject to product availability and coverage terms.

Without Shipping Protection: We can assist in reviewing available carrier claim options, but reimbursement or replacement is not guaranteed.

Shipping to Canada

Short Porch Baseball Company ships throughout the United States and Canada.

Shipping charges and available delivery methods vary by destination and product.

IMPORTANT FOR CANADIAN CUSTOMERS

Canadian orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, and other import-related charges upon delivery.

These charges are not included in our standard shipping rates and are the responsibility of the customer unless expressly collected at checkout.

Customs processing may cause additional delivery delays.
