This website is operated by Short Porch Baseball Company. Throughout these Terms & Conditions, “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Short Porch Baseball Company.

We reserve the right to update our products, pricing, website content, and these Terms & Conditions at any time, subject to applicable law.

2. Products and Availability

Short Porch Baseball Company offers baseball and softball equipment, apparel, accessories, and related merchandise.

Product availability, specifications, colors, and designs may change without notice.

We strive to display product information accurately. However, photographs and digital representations may vary slightly from the actual product.

Customers are responsible for confirming that purchased equipment meets the requirements of their applicable league, tournament, or sanctioning organization.

3. Orders and Payments

All orders are subject to acceptance, product availability, and payment authorization.

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse orders for legitimate reasons, including suspected fraud, pricing errors, inventory discrepancies, or payment issues, subject to applicable law.

If an order is canceled after payment has been collected, we will issue an appropriate refund.

Prices and promotions may change without notice. Applicable taxes and shipping charges are calculated at checkout.

4. Shipping and Delivery

In-stock orders placed by 2:00 PM Eastern Time on business days are eligible for same-day shipment.

Orders received after the cutoff, on weekends, or on shipping holidays will generally ship the next business day.

Express and Next Day Air services operate on business days only, unless a specific weekend delivery service is offered.

Shipping charges vary based on product, destination, and selected service.

Carrier delivery estimates are not guaranteed by Short Porch Baseball Company once shipments are transferred to the carrier.

We ship within the United States and Canada. International customers may be responsible for applicable customs duties, import taxes, and brokerage fees.

5. Shipping Protection

Optional Shipping Protection may be available at checkout.

Shipping Protection may provide coverage for eligible lost, stolen, or damaged shipments, subject to the applicable coverage terms.

Customers experiencing a shipping issue should contact Short Porch Baseball Company directly.

For approved claims, customers may request a refund or replacement, subject to product availability and coverage terms.

Without Shipping Protection, we may assist with carrier investigations, but reimbursement or replacement is not guaranteed except where required by law.

6. Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds

Return and exchange requests are evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

Approved returns must be unused, in original condition, and include all original packaging and protective materials.

Bats must retain their original factory plastic wrapping.

Customers must obtain return authorization before shipping merchandise back.

Customers are generally responsible for standard return shipping costs.

Short Porch Baseball Company does not charge restocking fees.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method, subject to applicable processing times.

Original shipping charges are generally nonrefundable unless otherwise required by law or applicable to an error made by Short Porch.

Custom and personalized merchandise is final sale except where Short Porch has made an error or applicable law provides otherwise.

7. Bat Warranty Coverage

Eligible Short Porch bats, excluding Senior Softball Bats, are covered by a 180-day limited warranty beginning on the original purchase date.

Warranty registration must be completed within 30 days of the original purchase date.

Warranty coverage is subject to the eligibility requirements, exclusions, and claim procedures described in our Bat Warranty Policy.

Senior Softball Bats are sold without a manufacturer warranty or performance guarantee. Customer concerns regarding Senior bats may be reviewed individually.

Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.

8. Product Use and Safety

Customers are responsible for using sporting equipment safely, properly, and in accordance with manufacturer guidance and applicable league rules.

Baseball and softball activities involve inherent risks of injury.

Customers should inspect equipment before use and discontinue use if damage or unsafe conditions are identified.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability where such limitation is prohibited by applicable law.

9. Intellectual Property

The Short Porch Baseball Company name, logos, product designs, artwork, website content, photographs, and other proprietary materials may be protected by intellectual property laws.

No permission is granted to reproduce, distribute, commercially exploit, or misrepresent our protected intellectual property without authorization, except as permitted by law.

Third-party trademarks remain the property of their respective owners.

10. Website Use

Users agree not to misuse our website, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with its operation, submit fraudulent orders, or engage in unlawful activities through our services.

We may restrict access or cancel transactions involving fraudulent or prohibited conduct, subject to applicable law.
